Brian Stokes who last year pitched for the Rays in relief was scratched in his start for the Triple AAA zephyrs tonight.
He now is the most likely candidate to be pitching at Shea this Saturday. He is 10-8 with a 4.50 so far this year.
Ollie Perez will pitch friday night.
Jon Neise might be held back due to the Marlins heavy righty lineup.
