Maury Brown, of The Biz of Baseball, reports that Fred Wilpon, Mets’ owner, Founder and Chairman of Welcome Back Veterans, along with David Wright, and others, on Monday, will hold a press conference to announce a national initiative to support American Veterans returning from military service.
This will be the focus at every MLB park during the 4th of July weekend and on September 11th.
