Moises Alou went to Binghamton, New York on Wednesday, to continue a rehab assignment.
His rehab was stalled by frequent rain in Florida, so he was moved to Binghamton, in the hope that he could finish his rehab, and help the Mets, during their weekend series vs. first place Philadelphia.
Alou will not play in any games this weekend.
After meeting with doctors in New York, Alou decided against playing in games.
He will work out over the weekend, and be evaluated on Monday.
He may begin playing for AA Binghamton afterwards.
Initially, he was going to be ready for today.
Then, it was Monday.
Will we ever see Alou healthy and playing for the Mets again ?
Put Alou inside of a bubble. It’s the only way to keep him healthy.

Moses....I think you need to give your salary back . What a waste of space you have become. Did you hurt yourself walking off the plane when you arrived from florida?
