Nick Evans still had a 1st basemans glove. He had played 1 inning in the major leagues at 1b with no chances. Well he got a chance to start today and drove in 2 runs and had a clutch hit in the 4th inning.
Dan Murphy has hit safely in each of the 4 games he has played in since being called up to the Mets. Today he went 2-4 and is hitting .467
