With Tim Redding out of the running and rookie lefty Jon Niese not helping his cause yesterday, The Mets send Livan And Freddy Garcia to the mound. Both are vying for the fifth spot in the Mets rotation. Livan has been pitching ok nothing spectacular and Garcia needs to add a little speed to his fast ball.
