Mike Pelfrey Is Sharp In Return

Mike Pelfrey pitched in his first game since being sidelined with a strain in his lower left leg yesterday, and showed no ill effect.

Big Pelf pitched four scoreless innings against the Nationals; Pelfrey gave up two hits and two walks with one strikeout in his first game since March 4.

The big righty said he still feels a little discomfort in his leg, but nothing that will lead him to concern.
