Livan Hernandez a thinking mans pitcher.

The big guy can put a bunt down, field his position and is hitting over .230 for his career with 9 home runs and almost all of the above was displayed last night including knowing who to pitch too.

Livan pounced off the mound and fired to third on an attempted sacrifice and nailed the runner out at 3rd. He also sacrificed with a perfect bunt that put 2 Mets into scoring position .

The one that I love his that he freely admits walking Chipper Jones to put runners at 1st and 2nd cause he knew he could get Garrett Anderson to ground into a double play. What does Garrett do? Grounds into a double play. Livan is the only pitcher the Mets have that can induce double plays . Hey Livan please teach that slow curve to the other boys out there. They can learn from you too!

Hey Castillo did you ever hear of charging the ball? Delgado stop "clanking" pop ups in the 9th ok? Last year we could have easily lost that game but K ROD just shrugs it off and on a night his stuff was less then perfect got the final out.

Hey Jerry sit Ryan Church tonight. He was 0 for the series.
