Mets Streaker Arraigned

Craig Coakely, more commonly known as the Met Streaker, was arraigned in Queens Supreme Court on charges of interfering with a professional sporting event and criminal trespassing. After posting the $1,000 bail, he will return to court on June 11, 2009. If convicted, Coakley could face up to one year in jail, and a $5,000 fine. Until there is an outcome in this case, Coakley is banned from GHMP.

Coakley’s explanation for his mad dash is that his boss had bet him a week’s salary to do it. Coakley, 38, is a plumber…well, all certainly saw his plumber’s crack!
