Former Mets Reed,Sullivan find homes. Mets still on sidelines

As former Mets find new homes the Mets have remained silient since the Jason Bay deal .

Cory Sullivan who played a decent outfield and was pretty good at the plate signed a minor league deal with the Astros. Former Met and all around useless player Jeremy Reed somehow suckered the Blue Jays in a deal. Not sure what the Blue Jays see in him

The Mets have still holes to fill and still have been on the pine. There are still players to be had out there but the Mets either are not a place where players are interested in going or the Mets are waiting on retreads like Jim Edmonds or now I have read Preston Wilson wants to recieve a spring training invite to get turned down so the Mets can sign them . Does that mean Joe Mcuseless is on the horizon?

It is really is sad that a team that has players like Santana,Reyes, Beltran, Bay is a place where players shy away from.

You would think with about a month to go the Mets would have a finalized roster but still have pitching holes, possible first base and a catcher needed.
