This day in Mets history 1992 Tom Seaver voted into the Baseball Hall of Fame.

With all this chatter about the Hall of Fame and the shame that Roberto Alomar did not make it this year, we head back 18 years to the year the Franchise, Tom Seaver, was selected for the Hall of fame.

Seaver played 20 years and 11 of those for the Mets . He still to this day holds the record for the largest percentage of votes. He was selected on 425 of the 430 votes that were cast for a percentage of 98.8%.

Does anyone remember who was elected with him that year? Sorry Metfan73 you need to refrain from answering !!!! We know you have the answer!!!!!
