Harvey pitches Gem - Mets win on Walk off hit.

Hey Sports fans. Great night to be a NY sports fan last night. Especially for the 3 of us that remember when the Islanders were good back when VCR’s were in vogue . I mean you had a great Knicks win, Islanders beating the Penguins at home to even the series and the Mutts winning 1-0 couldn’t have been better. Well if Harvey actually got a win that would have been nice. Matt Harvey was pretty dominate against the light hitting White Sox . He had a no hittier through 6 and 2/3 and the only hit was a infield hit deep in the hole to Alex Rios with 2 outs in the 7th.

The Mets of course with there incredible punch in the OF and 1B did nothing to help support Matt until Mike Baxter laced a hit in the bottom of the 10th that scored Davis who had walked and was sacraficed to 2nd.

Harvey had command of all 4 pitches and obviosuly the time between starts did nothing to the fire baller who the Whitesox compared to there nemesis Verlander. At least us Met fans can cheer a win even if the offense had nothing much to do with it.
