The Mets, after winning six consecutive home games, now have a home record of 28-18, a .609 winning percentage.
In the National League, only the Braves (30-18), Cubs (37-12), and Brewers (31-17) have better winning percentages.
The Mets are making home field an advantage, which is great to see, as the Mets' crowds have become livelier, increasingly louder, and more supportive, as evidenced by their support of Mike Pelfrey, last night.

they were doing pretty well at home before the surge so if they come down to earth they will be fine at home as long as they stay in the race.
