Mets Up 10-1, Hold On And Win 10-9...

I'm not sure why a laugher of a game, has to turn into the Mets ahead 10-9, with the Phils having the tying run on 2nd, and Jayson Werth up against Wagner, again! This time, though, Werth flies out to Chavez, in right, to end it. Pedro seemed to labor, with over 100 pitches, in 5 and 1/3 innings. The Mets had 17 hits, and David Wright had 4 RBI's. The Mets now are 2.5 games out of firs,t and over .500 for the first time, since the first week of June. The Mets love to give heart attacks; that's all I can say. Time for a drink!
