He hits 2 home runs and then strikes out and the Mets fan still cheer. He has become the Mets poster boy for hitting in the clutch!! He couldn’t deliver in the first game yesterday but he sure delivered on the National stage with 2 home runs and another curtail call for all the impressed Met fans who 2-3 months ago wanted him released, benched or worse.
