Over at you got to believe, they have posted 10 things we have learned about the Mets and the 2009 off season.
Some of the items mentioned are that Brian Fuentes can be had for 11 million per for 4 years. I'm sure the Mets feel that is somewhat reasonable but would like to see him sign maybe just for 3 years.
That the Mets haven't learned and still are going after players over 35 when they discuss Raul Ibanez. I don't compare him to Moses Alou since Ibanez plays. Also if they can sign him to a deal that is not long term, it can only help the club.
