The LA Dodgers have signed former Met pitcher Claudio Vargas. Vargas is reported to have signed for the Major League minimum of $400,000, but with incentives, might earn up to $1.4M.Vargas, a right hander, was 3-2 with a 4.62 ERA in 11 appearances with the Mets in 2008.
Vargas will be 31 in June.
