The one term that Torri Hunter seems to mention is bull dog. Matt Yallof had a nice little interview with the Angels Torri Hunter regarding Francisco Rodriguez and can only say great things about the Closer the Mets are signing.
Torri went on to say that K Rod had alot of confidence in himself and wants to take the ball every night if he could. He says that even if his velocity was down that he is becoming more of a pitcher. He mentions that K Rod started using his change up more since players were expecting his curveball.
He also says that he will not hide from adversity. That if he has a bad night he does not sulk but he gets pissed off and can not wait to get out there again to make up for it.
I have to say Torri Hunter is a class guy who thinks the Mets are going to really benefit from having Francisco Rodriguez as part of the Mets.
