There is a report now that the Mets will be looking to chat with Pedro Martinez regarding a possible deal to bring him back to the Mets.
No word on what type of deal he will be offered but I don't think the Mets will offer much and that they will have to guaranteed a major league contract because we are sure that he will be offered a guaranteed contract by other teams. If the Mets do sign hopefully it is just to be a number 5 starter at best.
