Well when you see C C Sabathia still waiting to sign that is part of the reason for the slow start this off season. We do so fringe players being signed. Mike Hampton likes the schools in Houston so he is going back to the Astros. Edgar Renteria might be heading out west to the Giants.
It could be alot of teams are not getting involved since the ownerships has put a wrap on spending.
