Beltran and Delgado Chat it up on there return from the WBC

The Mets first baseman and Centerfielder are back in camp and as per Manager Jerry Manuel will get there first taste in the line up most likely on Sunday when they take on the Atlanta Braves.

Both of them only had good things to say about playing in the WBC. Over in Newsday there is a Q&A with Carlos Beltran who comments about his catch off the bat of Brian McCann and how he is a little bit sore on his return. The Mets Centerfielder batted .421 in six games for Puerto Rico , with a .632 slugging percentage and .542 OBP.

Carlos Delgado had only good things to say about seeing 15 of his Mets teammates playing in the WBC and is looking forward with playing with this good core of players and getting set for the season to start.

The Mets play the Braves and face there former teammate Tom I cant get out of the first inning Glavine on saturday.
