David Wright came through last night with a 2 run baseloaded hit in the bottom of the 9th to give USA the victory 6-5 . USA scored 3 runs in the bottom of the ninth to win the game and move into the semis and eliminate Team Puerto Rico.

This means that Delgado,Beltran, and company will be heading back to Mets camp.

Clutch hit. Still, the WBC is nothing more than an exhibition. Another interesting story...who is manning the ship? One Davey Johnson, who has always taken any team, and made them competitive.
I just hope DWright can keep this bit of MOJO, and use it in key situations this season for the Mets.
