Chris Russo Banished from Citi Field and Yankee Stadium

Life these days is not easy for the Mad Dog. Ever since he has branched out to Satellite radio it has been anything but a smooth ride for Chris. The firey part of the Mike and the mad dog show has had road blocks place in front of him since last year regarding access to certain teams and stadiums since WFAN has the rights to these teams.

The Daily News has mentioned that Chris now can not do any broadcasts from Citi Field or Yankee Stadium. Boo hoo. The guy was not much of a homer . Tell him to go do a game in the San Francisco Giants ball park. Whats it called now?

In an interview with Mark Chernoff the program director of WFAN "We pay millions and millions of dollars for the rights to the teams. As part of the deals we get that exclusivity," That is why Michael K has to sit in the parking lot of Yankee stadium to do games for ESPN.

Russo of course is whining about it because that is what he does. I am sure he can find some comfort in his 4M dollar salary.

why would anyone want Russo in either stadium. All he would do is complain & complain loudly about anything he could find. He should move to Frisco and do is show out there...it is satelite so he can be anywhere. You made your bed...now lie in it.
