The Mets have Livan Hernandez fresh off his complete game victory last week to face the Pirates and the Mets have also Carlos Beltran back in the lineup.
Alex Cora is with the team and is ready to be activated tomorrow. He will be activated once the Mets place Angel Pagan on the DL for his groin injury that he suffered in yesterdays win.
The Mets start June playing 4 against the Pirates and 3 against the Nationals. They ended May with 19 wins and 7 losses which tied them for there 3 best record in the Month of May.
Tonight’s lineup is Castillo, F Martinez, Beltran, Sheffield,Wright, Murphy,Valdez, Schneider and Livan on the mound.
