The news just keeps getting better. Jose Reyes, who has been out of the Mets line-up since May 20th, had yet another set back, and his returning this season is in jeopardy.
An MRI revealed that Reyes has "significant scar tissue and inflammation behind the right knee, related to the hamstring tendon injury, which has caused continued pain."
According to the club, Reyes will remain in NY and will have physical therapy to attempt to break up the scar tissue.
