This morning Dr. David Altchek performed surgeries this morning to remove several bone chips from Johan Santana's elbow, and remove scar tissue from the patella tendon in Oliver Perez' knee.
According to multiple sources on the web, both surgeries went well, and both pitchers will be ready to participate in Spring Training.
