We all need to send Angel Pagan a ball and strike counter.

Every game its something with the Mets outfielder. From not watching the ball being caught in the outfield, to running to 3rd when the ball is hit to shortstop. How about once again last night Pagan not knowing how many outs there are.

Yes I know I expect way too much from a guy that obviously would be a Wal Mart greeter if he was not playing baseball. Enough all ready. All I keep thinking is if this was last year and he did this more then once or twice and cost us a game in September fans and the media would crucifix him .

He needs to be benched. I don’t care that he hits . With Castillo and Wright behind him he isn’t scoring anyway. The Mets have score 13 runs in the first inning in the last 55 games at Citi Field . His lack of paying attention on a team that is floundering should not give the Mets justification to put him out there every night. The Mets have Sullivan and Reed and Evan on occasion can play the outfield. The Mets are hard enough to watch without having Pagan be an absent minded little leaguer. No wonder why the Cubs let him go.
