The Mets always seem to chat about having another lefty to compliment Pedro Feliciano. Back in 2006 they had Darren Oliver who then jumped shipped and signed with the Angels. Now Mr Oliver is back with the Rangers for the 3rd time in his career . He signed a 1 year deal for 3.5M with an option for 2011.
Not sure why the Mets dont like the 39 year old. He had a ERA under 3 last year and struck out 65 in 73 innings.
