The Mets lost to the Marlins tonight, 3-1. Jon Niese pitched well, but the Mets offense was non existent.
It was also reported after the game that Luis Castillo will sit tomorrow, Cora will play 2B, and Tejada will play SS. Castillo apparently strained his calf during the game, causing Manuel to rest him tomorrow.
On a brighter side, Jose Reyes will be with the team to practice tomorrow, and will be in the starting lineup on Saturday.
