Ted Lilly beats Phillies and Cubs ready to deal

The Mets have been rumored to have interest in the Cubs Ted Lilly and earlier he beat the Phillies and struck out 10 in the process.

Now the Daily News is reporting the Cubs are ready to make deals and now consider themselves sellers.

SurfingTheMets- Heard from multiple people that the Cubs have signalled they consider themselves sellers and are ready to get serious about trades.

A couple of teams have interest in Lilly including possibly the Rays. The Cubs might also look to deal Xavier Nady and possibly Derrick Lee.

Zambrano might be another the Cubs want to move but his salary is a prohibitor in any deals.
