Joel Sherman reports that the Mets have finally officially notified Omar Minaya that he will not be the GM of the NY Mets next year. As we reported yesterday, when dealing with Omar, be fair. He hasn't been horrible, nor has he been great. He was thrown overboard without a float two to thee years ago. When remembering Omar, just be sure to be fair - no matter how difficult that might seem.
