Mets Future HOF catcher to be honored

As the HOF gears up to announce this years players to be elected, 1 future HOF Mike Piazza, will be honored on Feb 1st at the Thurman Munson awards dinner at the Grand Hyatt Hotel.


This dinner, which is conducted by the AHRC- New York Foundation helps raise money for children and adults who have intellectual and developmental disabilities.


Angel Pagan will also be honored at the dinner along with Yanks Nick Swisher.


Piazza might be a first ballot HOF when he will be on the roster for the first time in 2013.

If Metal Mike does not get in on the FIRST ballot, I will boycott the HOF forever. Look at the numbers. Piazza is an animal, and no other catcher in his era comes close.
