Those of us who were alive back on September 21, 2001 will remember how the Mets-Braves game helped all of us New Yorkers and American citizens start to recover after the devastation of the terrorist attacks on our country on September 11th.
As we all know by now, the poor people of Boston had a horrific attack against them at the finish line of the Boston Marathon on Monday.
Last night at the Bruins-Sabers game, it might have been the fans that helped the players heal.
If you haven't yet seen it, it was truly a gut wrenching, beautiful site.
