Pedro hasn't faced the Nationals this year and has has limited experience against most of there lineup. Hopefully that will work in his favor. The Nationals have John Lannan on the mound who the Mets sent to the showers early on Tuesday at Shea.
Pedro needs to go a little deeper into tonight's game then his regular 5 innings 5 runs he seems to be doing lately.
The Mets again place Fernando Tatis in the lineup and leave Nick Evans on the bench.
Ryan Church has 2 home runs against Lannan in 9 at bats while Carlos Delgado and Jose Reyes are both hitting over .400 against the Lefty.
Tonight's line up has Reyes,Church,Wright,Beltran,Delgado,Tatis,Castillo,Schneider,Martinez
