The Mets will be auctioning off remaining tickets for the 2009 home opener on April 13th against the San Diego Padres.
Tickets will be on auction through 5:00 PM on Wednesday, April 8th. Fans will be allowed ot bid on two or four tickets.
According to Danielle Parillo, Mets spokeswoman, there are 100 tickets available. The list price of these tickets are: $525 (Delta Club Gold), $315 (Delta Club Silver), $280 (Ebbets Club) and $210 (Metropolitan Box).
As of 7:00 tonight, "the minimum bids for each section were $570, $460, $330 and $310. The Mets are waiving delivery and Ticketmaster service-charge fees."
