According to MLB.com the Nationals optioned center fielder Lastings Milledge to Triple-A Syracuse on Tuesday. Milledge is off to a slow start, batting .167 (4-for-24) with one RBI, while annoying his teammates by showing up 1 hour late to a meeting prior to a game on opening day.
This kid really needs to learn that to be a ball player he needs to give 110% . Good move by the Nationals . The Mets of course really did well on that deal If it was straight up for Church it would have been worth it.
