Angel Pagan is nearing his return to Flushing. Tonight Pagan is to play in a game in Class A St. Lucie.
Pagan, who has been on the Disabled List with a right groin strain, will be needed with the injury to Carlos Beltran and Fernando Martinez suffering with a sore knee.
Martinez was scheduled to have his knee examined today, but no results will be given until Tuesday.
