The Mets will face Verlander tonight who is 8-4 and a ERA of 3.56. He has never faced the Mets but Frenchy has 3 at Bats and 2 hits . Blanco and Barajas have faced him as well in minimum at bats . The Tigers will be facing Jon Niese. Cabrera is leading the League in dingers with 19 and is hitting .328 and already has 60 runs batted in. Austin Jackson has been hurt so another rookie Boesch has started to lite it up .
Mets send R A Dickey on Wednesday against Jeremy Bonderman Some of the Tigers have hit Dickey well. Cabrera has 4 hits in 10 at bats including a roundtripper and Guillen has 3 hits in 10 at bats including a round tripper. Thursday the Mets will send Takahashi against 1 hitter, should have been a no hitter, Mr.Armando Galarraga
