Thanks to Braves Catcher Brian McCann's two out 3 run double the Mets have a chance now to host 4 games and also game 1 at Citi Field when they make it to the World Series this year.
Ok I might be a little head of myself but its the first time since they started giving some status to winning the All Star Game that the National League has won.
Pitching and the shadows played havoc for the first couple of innings last night as the NL team defeated the AL 3-1. Wright had no issues hitting 2 singles and a stolen base against starter Price and Verlander before being removed from the game. Wright has at least 1 hit in 5 consecutive All Star Apperances.
Looking forward to game 1 of the World Series in October at Citi.
